A warrant of arrest was issued last Wednesday when he missed one of his scheduled appearance for the said case. R. Kelly's alibi was that his bus was stopped forcefully during one of his tour in Utah causing him to miss the said hearing.

The said child pornography case happened when one teenager accused him of recording one of their sex act though R. Kelly pleaded not guilty of course.

One of Chicago judge is expected to set another trail date for this case.
