After being confined in Cedar-Sinai with a kidney infection, Jessica Simpson has been released early morning of April 4. This picture was taken after the lunch she and her family shared in El Torito in California. By the way she stands and the way she look, guess she should have just stayed home and have taken her well-deserved rest.
