The Sexy Back singer Justin Timberlake is facing a major problem in his barbeque restaurant. A former employee of the said restaurant is suing the restaurant over claims he was short changed out of tips. In a lawsuit filed in New York court last Friday by the restaurant’s ex-waiter Felipe Ramales, the ex-employee stated that he and his co-workers were not given the rightful share of automatic gratuity charges and even overtime pays despite regularly working for more than 40 hours a week. However, the restaurant manager Chris Russell denies the said accusations. Justin Timberlake’s representatives and spokesperson has not commented on the said issue.
